SERGEANT RON WRIGHT 9 August 2007 Memorandum for All Concerned All members of VFW Post 303 Meeting was called to order 10 July 2007 at 1952 hours, total present for the meeting were 15 individuals. Order of Business New Commander Ed Brown called the meeting to order. OFFICERS PRESENT Commander Ed Brown Mike Cullen past District Commander attendant the meeting. Read minutes from the last meeting and submitted for file. New Business: Mr. George Podorski Post Quartermaster submitted his resignation to the post. We are pleased to announced that Mr. Frank Brown will be the new Post Quartermaster. He was highly recommended and more than Qualify, congratulations. Post 303 is 2nd in the District in memberships. Motion was Passed for By Laws and Standard Orders for the year 2007 & 2008. Motion was Passed for George Lisicki Yankee Doodle Dandy homecoming Congratulatory Book to placed an add on September 13-16, 2007. Motion was Passed to Purchase Plaque for the school and gift for the Color Guard.. Golf Outing scheduled for 6 October 2007 @ 0900 Cost $85.00 Non-Golfers can enjoy the after party dinner for only $40.00 per person. There will be many giveaways. Poppy Seeds Committee: We Need Volunteer=s Good of the Order Mike Cullen presented the Post with Certificates of Appreciation from the 10th Mountain Division, also 10th Mountain Division Poster.
